Lycra Bros Refund Policy

Here at Lycra Bros, your satisfaction is our priority. We will aim to meet any reasonable requests for an exchange, replacement or refund. Drop us a line, or send us an email for more details.

Refunds
If you find what you bought isn’t what you wanted, reach out online or pop back in store or and we’ll be happy to help sort out an exchange. Clothing can’t be worn/used, and if you’re checking out the fit, please leave the tags on.

We ask that you please check the relevant sizing charts online or if you’re still unsure, ask one of our team and we will be happy to help. If you can stop by our store, we have change rooms so you can be sure you have the right fit.

You are responsible for postal charges related to returning goods if you can’t make it instore.

You will need to let us know within 30 days of purchase if you would like to exchange your item, unless it’s for a warranty issue.

Exchanges
We’d be happy to offer an exchange on your original purchase. Where the new item price is higher than the original purchase, you must pay any additional costs.

Warranty Returns
Warranty returns will be handled separately as these will have been worn/used.

We will replace any faulty product with a replacement product (same as the original product). You may also elect to receive a credit for the item and purchase a new item of same of lesser value for up to 12 months from the date of the original purchase.

We will cover postal charges (at standard postage rate) where a return is for Warranty reasons.

Items Damaged In Transit
If your item is purchased online and damaged in transit, please let us know within 2 days of delivery and we will work with you to rectify the issue to your satisfaction. We will ask you to provide photos of the damaged items and packaging to assess your claim.
